Last week my period was a week late. I chalked it up to the stress of moving and didn't think twice about it. Today I realized that another week had gone by and thought I'd better get a test to take and ease my mind. Well, I didn't get the negative I was thinking I would get, but instead it was POSITIVE! We're pregnant! I'm calling the doctor to schedule an appointment tomorrow to be sure, but I've been late in the past and never been pregnant. I feel really good about this being an accurate positive. We're very overwhelmed right now with the move and my trip to Alaska, but we have 9 months to figure everything out. It will all be fine, I'm sure. I'm super excited about being a mom, especially now that we'll have a house and yard for the kid to grow up in. Even Mike has been coming around to the idea of kids. I don't think he was expecting one quite so soon, but he'll warm up to the idea...
I know I'm not usually a non-picture post-er, but after I got the camera out, I decided no one would want to see a stick I peed on... Yuck!

Ohhhhhh....you SUUUUUUCK! I was thinking OMG, I talked to Mike tonight and why the heck did he not say anything to me and then I realized....its April 1st, and I scrolled down real quick and sure enough...you got me!
